These Terms & Conditions govern the use of ecuchasqui.com and of the information request about the private housing-project participation program operated by Ecuchasqui S.A.S. in Ecuador. By using the site or sending the form you accept these terms.
1. Private nature of the program
Ecuchasqui S.A.S. is a simplified Ecuadorian joint-stock company, Tax ID 1793215547001, registered with the Companies, Securities and Insurance Superintendency under file 348.712. The program described on the site is a private offering. It is not part of any government plan, MIDUVI, BIESS or any other Ecuadorian state entity.
2. Eligibility
Requests for information can be submitted by adults residing in Ecuador with valid identification. Final eligibility to participate in a project is determined case by case, upon signing the specific participation agreement.
3. Informational nature of the site
The content published on ecuchasqui.com is informational. It does not constitute a public offering under Ecuadorian Securities Market Law or a personalised investment recommendation. Any decision to participate must be made after reviewing the specific project sheet and signing the corresponding contract.
4. Risks
Participation in any housing project involves risks, including, without limitation: delivery delays, increases in construction costs, regulatory changes and, in adverse scenarios, partial or total loss of the capital contributed. Results from previous projects do not guarantee future results. These risks are detailed in writing in every participation agreement.
5. Free consultation
The initial consultation is free and does not oblige the enquirer to sign any contract. Ecuchasqui does not charge for sending information, taking calls or scheduling informational meetings.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, trademarks, logos, iconography and structure of the site are the property of Ecuchasqui S.A.S. or are used under licence. Their reproduction for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation is forbidden. Photographs come from image banks with a current commercial licence.
7. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party portals (for example, the Companies Superintendency or the SRI). Ecuchasqui does not control the content of such portals and assumes no responsibility for it.
8. Modifications
Ecuchasqui may modify these Terms by publishing the updated version on the site. Substantial changes are announced with thirty (30) days' notice.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance will be settled by the competent judges of the Quito canton, with express waiver of any other forum.
